Crew Chief – Pay $24 – $30 per hour, based on experience
Bonuses of up to $350 per week

Draper Fencing Company is a veteran-owned & operated construction company building quality fences.
We build aluminum, cedar, chain-link, pine, and vinyl fences throughout Central Indiana. We are currently seeking an installation crew chief for immediate hire. We typically work 4 days a week. (Mon -Thurs 7 am – 5 pm Fri as needed).
We offer paid vacations, holidays, and sick days.
Crew chiefs enjoy production bonus, starting pay is based upon experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- You have a valid Indiana Drivers License and a clean driving record, the ability to pass a background
check, have reliable transportation, and a willingness to execute a job that requires heavy lifting and
